Over the last decade I have worked across seven countries and three continents: a global youth leadership network in 120 countries, an ed-tech startup trying to fix education from the inside, and a tech company in Bangkok building learning infrastructure for thousands of support agents across global partner networks.
The pattern was the same in each place: organisations that grow treat learning as part of how work happens, not as a separate program.
I am finishing an MSc in Talent Development at IE Business School in Madrid. I am looking for an organisation with a hard problem and the appetite to be told honestly when it is solving the wrong one.
