I am finishing an MSc in Talent Development at IE Business School in Madrid. Graduating in July 2026. Nine years of work, three continents, and one degree later, I am figuring out what comes next.

I am looking for a senior role in Talent or Learning and People Systems. The kind of organisation that has a genuinely hard problem and wants someone who will tell them honestly when they are solving the wrong one. Open to roles across Western Europe, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. Open to the conversation wherever the work is interesting.

I have learned recently that the value of anything is determined by the person receiving it, not the person giving it. I am trying to hold that thought while I figure out where to apply it next.
